Quality Assurance at N&N Super Seafood
At N&N Super Seafood, quality begins long before the fish reach our facilities. With one of the strongest and most reliable supply networks across all four coasts of Sri Lanka, our partnered vessels follow strict EU-compliant fishing and handling practices to ensure every catch meets the highest freshness and safety standards.

Sourcing & Catching
Our fish are responsibly caught by trusted, registered suppliers and company-owned vessels, adhering to EU and international quality standards. Each vessel ensures hygienic handling from sea to shore, preserving the integrity of the catch

Cold-Chain Transport
All raw fish are transported in refrigerated trucks under continuous temperature monitoring. Upon arrival, every lot is inspected and verified against boat records; it is only accepted if it meets our stringent quality criteria."

Processing Under HACCP Implementation
Processing is carried out in facilities operating strictly under HACCP guidelines. Throughout the production line, temperatures are maintained below 4°C to preserve peak freshness and safety.

Quality Testing
Each fish is examined by certified quality controllers. We test for histamine levels and other food-safety indicators to ensure full compliance with EU import standards and international health regulations.

Packing for Freshness
Fillets and loins are vacuum-packed in food-grade plastic, placed in insulated polystyrene boxes with liners, and stored in temperature-controlled cold rooms. Before export, dry ice and wet ice are added to maintain perfect condition during transit.
